Fixed Wheels

The Rondofix is our specialty, a super-strong, highly true agricultural wheel. The disks for the Rondofix are purchased from moveero and are made with multiple profile rings which makes them rock solid. The rim of the Rondofix is often a TW-rim (triple well). This innovative shape ensures that the rim is super-strong yet lightweight. For mounting the tyres, the TW-shape is also important. Thanks to the triple well, the bead of the tyre slides more easily against the bead seat when pressurising, which prevents damage to the tyre during mounting.

Our Rondofix wheels come in two versions, the Rondofix1 and Rondofix2. The latest trend is the Rondofix1-version, which means that the disk edge is flanged and welded on one side. A brand-new state-of-the-art press installation presses the disks into the rim and instantly verifies the depth and trueness. Thanks to the flanged disk, the interface with the rim is much larger, and the force is reduced on the rim, so that wheel rupture is a thing of the past.

In the Rondofix2-version, the disks on the exterior are not flanged and they are circumferentially welded into the rim on two sides. This also results in a strong, high-quality wheel.

Our range of fixed wheels also includes wheels with a flat disk and a range of multi-part road construction wheels, which are also equipped with a flat disk.
