Currently, throughout the different locations, there are some 75 people employed by Molcon Interwheels. We believe that not only the products and services determine the success of our company, but it is certainly also up to these 75 employees. That's why we also place great importance on HRM (Human Resource Management). The Molcon Interwheels employees are carefully selected, trained and coached. This way, we can ensure that we are able to provide you with experts in every job, in every department.

We are an accessible, low-threshold company, and our competent staff are easy to get in touch with and ready with a quick answer to all of your questions. What's more, we have a professional external service of technically qualified representatives, and we can quickly come to the customer's location should a problem arise. Also after delivery, our products are carefully monitored by our aftersales service. Through this service oriented approach, our team strives to offer customers a total solution, which we believe is the basis for a long-term customer relationship.
